We are located near Brownsville, Tennessee. We are open year round and offer monthly rates.

 

We have two locations in Haywood County, a few miles west of Brownsville, TN. We are 35 minutes from Jackson and 50 minutes from the Memphis metro area, approximately 25 miles from Blue Oval City and 3 miles from the TVA Lagoon Creek Location. Construction workers welcome!

 

Our first RV park is located at 10481 Tibbs Rd, Brownsville, TN and  has 18 sites. Our second location is 71 Will Evans Rd, Brownsville, TN and has  60 sites.

All sites include water, electric and sewer. The sites are 45 ft x 65 ft. The monthly rate is $750 at 71 Will Evans Rd and $700 at 10481 Tibbs Rd. This monthly rate includes a cash discount. 3% service charge added for credit card payment.

Internet is now available at all locations through Aeneas Internet, (731)554-9200.

Tibbs Rd has one pavilion and a laundry room with restroom and shower. Will Evans Rd has two pavilions and a large recreation building that includes laundry, showers, restrooms and a rec room with pool table and television.
